KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. So go for a solo paddle, join local guide trips to various springs, or hike on the property and at nearby parks.

(Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. Which house will you be selected for; the sorting hat will see to that! We have a huge butterfly garden on property, we have three firepit areas, tree swings, and a great area to take photos in the Area 51, where Aliens and Bigfoot hangout. Catch sight of wild deers, turkeys, cardinals, hummingbirds and of course our farm animals!
