Spread over two floors the open ground floor contains a small fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating area with large wood burner. There is a private outdoor area for your enjoyment. Upstairs has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedlinen is 100% cotton with down duvet, pillows soft towels and lots of wardrobe space.

The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. The former servants wing of a larger house, has its own 2 acres of fully fenced dog field and walks in every direction. Just 20 minutes to Stratford Upon Avon, Broadway and Chipping Campden. 30 minutes to Cheltenham Races and 50 minutes to Birmingham Airport. Beautifully decorated from top to bottom in 2023. Breakfast, dinner and dog sitting can be arranged for a separate fee.
