A 15-minute level stroll along the seafront promenade leads to Deal town. Buses into Deal, Sandwich, Canterbury, Dover and beyond stop a few metres from the cottage. Deal's award winning High Street and train station are also only a 15 minute stroll away. With pubs, cafés, and local shops selling basic provisions on the doorstep. Walmer Green is a few paces away from the apartment and throughout the summer provides the backdrop for weekly events such as the annual antiques brocante, funfair, vintage car and motorbike displays, food market.

Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast. Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

The Cottage is a 6 min drive from the beach or a lovely 20 min walk taking in the woods along the way. Built in the 1760s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Jubilee Cottage is furnished to create a stylish, comfortable, and relaxed space for up to four people - and with a view of the sea from the main bedroom. A great base for exploring Deal and the Kent coast, or just to relax.

My cottage was built in the 1800's and is small but perfectly formed. Newly refurbished it's in a convenient location close to the beach, shops, bars/restaurants, train station and conservation area. It's location makes it the perfect gateway to either London or Europe. Please note to keep my prices low, the price quoted is for couples sharing the main bedroom. If the spare bedroom is required to be made up, it is an extra £20 per night (with 10% discount if longer than one week).

Pets are very welcome by arrangement. The garden is sunny and has outside seating to make the best of warm evenings.

Beautiful bolthole near the White Cliffs of Dover

Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.
