The cottage is in a residential cul-de-sac 3 blocks UP the hill from the center of town. 10 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, 5 minute drive to The Stanley & Safeway, walkable .7 mile to Skyview. Secluded home on 35 acres next to Medicine Bow National Forest. 10 minutes to Laramie, 15 min to Curt Gowdy State Park and 35 min to Cheyenne. Beautiful scenery and abundance of deer and elk. Fenced back yard. Pets are welcome. Two bedrooms with two baths plus twin bed. No cell service or wi fi on site due to location. Landline provided. There is Dish satellite tv. I provide coffee, tea, sugar, flour, spices and eggs if my chickens are generous! Additional BR available upon request.

Cozy EP cottage close to Main Street, the Stanley and Rocky Mountain National Park. 2 bedrooms 1 bath in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to enjoy downtown EP yet experience the wildlife of Estes. There is no smoking at the cottage either inside or out. If you, or one of your guests smoke please choose different accommodations. The cottage does have a garage/basement however parking in the garage is prohibited due to the tight fit.

Our Evergreen Cottage is cozy and tastefully decorated. This is one of seven cottages on our property of River Rock Cottages. This cottage has a private 10'x16' deck with an outdoor table and seating for two. The cottage sleeps up to 4, including infants/children (1 King bed, 1 Full Sleeper Sofa). This is our smallest cottage at 325 sq ft. We're conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown Estes Park and 3.5 miles from RMNP.

Walking Distance to Downtown and Grand Lake!

This cozy cabin is located on a quiet street, yet it has easy access to downtown and Grand Lake. The private courtyard with covered porch is a great place to enjoy and outdoor barbeque or s'mores over the firepit. If you choose to stay inside, smart tvs are available in the living room and master bedroom. The wood-burning fireplace with blower creates a cozy atmosphere. In the winter, a sledding hill is right outside!
