(LET OP: Van 20 september 2025- 1 april 2026 VERHUUR VOOR MAXIMAAL 2 PERSONEN.) Er is een eigen parkeerplaats bij het huis en een fantastisch natuur zwembad. Je kan prachtig wandelen vanuit de camping. Er is een mooie keuken en een moderne slaapkamer met badkamer en suite met een groot 2 persoons ligbad en aparte ruime douche

Rijksmonument uit 1621

Altijd al willen logeren in één van de oudste huizen van Deventer? In mijn sprookjesachtige huis (een rijksmonument uit 1621) is gelukkig nog veel van de historie in tact; de hoge voorkamer, de lage oude gebinten op de 1e verdieping (pas op je hoofd) en de prachtige nisjes. Delen uit het huis stammen zelfs uit de 14e eeuw en hebben de grote stadsbrand in die eeuw overleeft. Het huis staat in een rustig straatje op steenworp afstand vande IJssel en de beste restaurants die Deventer bezit.

In de bovenverdieping van ons huis aan de rand van het dorp Boskamp in de gemeente Olst is onze B&B gevestigd. U heeft een eigen ingang naar boven met 1 slaapkamer, een gezellige kamer met ingebouwde moderne keuken en een eigen badkamer met heerlijk zacht geheel kalkvrij water en toilet. U heeft een bijzonder vrij uitzicht over de weilanden, bossen en erg veel privacy. U heeft de mogelijkheid om in alle rust buiten in het zitje te genieten. (het ontbijt wordt gratis door ons verzorgd)

Landelijk ingerichte kamer voorzien van comfortabel tweepersoons bed en een vide met nog een tweepersoonsbed voor eventueel kinderen. In het huisje hebben wij een waterkoker en Nespresso apparaat voor thee en koffie. De badkamer is nieuw en voorzien van een douche, wastafel, designradiator en wc. De omgeving leent zich fantastisch om te wandelen en te fietsen.

The guest house is located in the original front house of a rural house. From the kitchen, from the couch or from the spacious garden you look out over the newly landscaped orchard, over the meadows towards the setting sun. The house is new and fresh and fully equipped. The final 'details' are currently being finalized. In the area are many beautiful cycling routes and beautiful nature areas to walk. The landlords are happy to advise on this.
