Her er to gode værelser med hver to sovepladser og en spisestue med sofa. Det lille køkken indeholder bruseniche, der er dør med lås til køkkenet. Der bor to allergivenlige katte ovenpå. Brug huset som base for sightseeing i København med familie eller venner. Det er en fredfyldt bolig, der er indrettet hyggeligt og stilfuldt med masser af farver og livsglæde. Huset har et meget veludstyret køkken og plads til at holde en dejlig ferie. Der er både have foran huset, hvor man kan drikke sin morgenkaffe og bagved huset, hvor man kan spise sin aftensmad i solen (om sommeren). Man kan nemt komme med offentlig transport eller cykel til alle Københavns restauranter og seværdigheder.

The apartment holds a livingroom with sitting/eating area, bedroom, toilet, kitchen w. gas stove, a raw but cozy bathroom in unfinished basement with bathtub & over tub shower (no sink). Perfect for two, but the possibility for a 3rd guest in the living room. (note that the bathroom is shared between 2 units. In my 10+ years here, I've experienced less than 5 times waiting). 10 min walk from Nørrebro st. It's a on the groundfloor, this setting is currently unavailable (says 1.fl instead).

The home fits 5 guests, with sleeping arrangements for 5, a dining table that seats 5, and a spacious sofa for everyone.

Lovely apartment on the 2nd floor with nice balcony by the bedroom. All necessities for a good stay. The apartment is away from road and noise sources. Courtyard with lawn, furniture and playground. Opposite side tennis/ball court and footpaths for active holidays. 60 m2 divided into 2 rooms with kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom with double bed and in the living room sofa bed that easily folds out to double sleeping space for one adult or 2 young people / children. Fast and free wi-fi and TV.
