Welcome to country living! We live on a serene 12 acre lot in the country just minutes from I-70 (Exit 79 E bound/Exit 85 W bound). We offer a clean and cozy lower-level apartment with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bath, snack/coffee bar with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room, reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, RokuTV, small table/2 chairs and an outdoor patio area. We are located on a 250-acre family farm with a walking path, woods, creek, and cabin.

Rosedale Retreat

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

This newly renovated guest suite, found only 5 minutes from Interstate 70, the Clark County Fairgrounds/Champions Center, and the Springfield Antique Center, is a perfect stay in the country. Our home was built in 1868, we have had a lot of fun breathing new life into this old beauty. We are a work in progress. You will find vision boards on what are goals for preserving this old but beautiful place. The decor is very comfortable and relaxing.
