"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

Set in the heart of Tramore you won’t have to walk far to get a coffee or some fresh artisan bread, with multiple restaurants to try all within a stone’s throw away! After a long walk on the beach you can also relax in the Outdoor Barrel Sauna and jump into the ice bath to cool down. I’ve been renovating this house for the last 5 years, and designed it with Airbnb Guests in mind! Also all the hot water is solar generated so enjoy a sun kissed shower every day!!!

Beautifully restored cottage located on a working farm in peaceful Kilkenny countryside between Mullinavat, Piltown and Mooncoin. We are within 30 minutes drive of Waterford, Kilkenny and Clonmel. Fantastic views and long quite walks are promised. A stones throw from the beautiful Curraghmore estate, Comeragh mountains with the spectacular Mahon Falls and Coumshingaun Lake and Slievenamon. The Deise Greenway and Copper Coast beaches are easily accessed nearby.

The Loft @ Poppy Hill is a cosy self contained unit close to a family house with fantastic views of Mount Leinster. It is 2km from the village of Ballindaggin and a super location to soak up the countryside and explore the treasures of Wexford and beyond. Located in the foothills of Mount Leinster, it is well suited for hill walkers, star gazers and those who want to feel the country atmosphere. The village has 2 pubs, one serving the best curry in Wexford.
