A friendly house for uncomplicated people! It is located right by the sea and offers a breathtaking view over the fjord! This older, small private house has good heating, a kitchen and a living room. In the basement - accessible via a narrow staircase - there is a bedroom with a double bed. The steep staircase is not suitable for older people or people with limited mobility! On the 1st floor there is a small bedroom (single bed) with a sea view. There is another single bed in the living room.

Vellir Grenivik beautiful Home with a View

Vellir is a lovely old house in Grenivík, in north Iceland. It is located on the shoreline and has a wonderful view over the fjord. About 25 min drive from Akureyri. Grenivik is a magical place. The house is 80m2 on three floors. The evening sun is quite always spectacular from the house. There is also a good mountain view, and in the winter, this can be a good location to see the northern lights. It is a regular occurrence of whales swimming in the area.
