A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance. We are centrally-located to UT/downtown (9min), TYS airport (12min), and the Smokey Mountains (45min) for your next East Tennessee adventure! Our Quirks: - We are a family of 8 with small kids and live above the studio... there will be some noise during the day from about 7am 'till about 8pm. - no TV. - no laundry - The cooking space is a kitchenette.
