Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Annexe @Box Cottage

Nestled in the Somerset levels, The Annexe @ Box Cottage is everything you need for a relaxing getaway in the countryside. The Annexe is a self-contained, one-bedroom guest suite, with shower room, living and dining area with kitchenette facilities and parking. This quaint cottage is nestled in the small, countryside village of Meare green, with easy access to the A303 and M5. Being close to the national cycle routes 33 and 339 it is popular with cyclists, walkers, and bird watchers alike.

Doris our shepherds hut

Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.

The Annex - Middle Payne Barn

Located on the outskirts of Chard, the property is ideally located to explore Somerset and surrounding areas. Newly furnished and decorated to a very high standard for you to enjoy, The Annex adjoins our home and has a private front door. There is a king sized bed and a double sofa bed suitable for 2 children (in the same room). There is a kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, tea/coffee and toast making equipment and a multi-function microwave. There is ample off-road parking.

In the heart of the Devon Countryside yet only 1 mile from the market town of Honiton, just a few minutes from the A303/A30, 20 minutes from the Jurassic Coast, 15 minutes from Exeter Airport and less than 3 miles from The Pig at Combe. The cottage includes 1 en-suite double bedroom a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining room.

A beautifully renovated Cider Barn set in Knapp, 13 minutes from Taunton on the edge of the Somerset Levels. It is the perfect base for exploring the area, resting a weary head after a day's work or just some R&R in the countryside! Our well equipped annexe is adjoining our family home yet with its own entrance and offers a bedroom, shower room and snug. There is a delicious breakfast tray to set you up for the day and full tea / coffee making facilities including fridge

A highly recommended pub is within walking distance.

Stargazer in country garden

A rustic stargazer where you can fall asleep watching the stars and wake up to the sound of birdsong! A rural spot, far from street lighting, the sky lights up on clear nights. Simple, basic, but unusual accommodation. This is a wooden A-frame structure with enough room for two to sleep in with a mainly glass roof.
