Every detail and modern convenience has been added while repurposing the historic parts of the property. A one-of-a-kind adventure awaits. House and grounds-within walking distance to 5-star dining and a 10 minute drive to 50+ wineries and shopping. We have over an acre in town with Bocci and games galore. Our license allows six guests, thus we must be firm on that.

The Fournier House: 1870 Victorian off Main St.

Much time and care has gone into this charming, lovingly-restored 1870s home. Equipped with central heat and air conditioning, the house is populated with a collection of distinctive antiques. The spacious living and dining rooms are perfect for entertaining; the smart black and white kitchen is fully appointed; and a private deck overlooks the meandering creek. Additional amenities include a laundry room, two full baths and three stylish bedrooms, which comfortably accommodate six guests.

The Farmhouse built in the late 1800’s offers three updated remodeled bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms/showers. Relax, enjoy and wash the city away in our lovely vintage claw tubs. You can also enjoy easy day trips to Plymouth for wine tasting, gold rush towns, test your luck at Jackson Rancheria, or head up the hill to Kirkwood for skiing.

You'll enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting among tall pines, with wildlife abound. Amador County is rich in gold mining history, and has many charming gold rush towns for you to visit. If your travel journeys include both Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, we are conveniently located between the two ( 2 1/2 hours from Yosemite, and 1 1/2 from Tahoe)

Enjoy the Hot Tub, fire pit, explore the gardens, fountains and sitting areas. 1 block from main street where you can go wine tasting, shopping and dining.

This is a cute second story guesthouse. Its’s very private, located on our 83+ acre vineyard/ranch. We have a 6 acre working vineyard and commercially growing Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, and Muscat Canelli The guesthouse has recently been up-dated and is light, airy with many up-scale features and amenities. It’s a very private setting with no immediate neighbors. There are approximately 140 wineries within a 25 mile radius of our place.

The house is located on PT Ranch, a regenerative family farm, ten minutes outside the town of Ione and 20 minutes from the Shenandoah wine region. Recreation includes: biking the country roads, floating the Mokelumne River, touring the Gold Country or exploring the Sierra's (we are 1.5 hour from Kirkwood).
