This 3-story updated home is minutes from I-25, SkyRidge, and Park Meadows shopping. 25 minutes to downtown and just 90 minutes to the best skiing. As you enter the home, you’ll enter the living room with lots of cozy seating, a warm fireplace with blankets for snowy nights, and a flat screen tv. The kitchen is equipped to cook anything! We keep the home stocked with baking supplies to get your stay started. The kitchen bar seats 3, while the dining room comfortably seats 6. Upstairs you’ll find the primary suite with a king-sized bed and a flat screen tv. The en suite bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower. The second room upstairs is ready for up to 3 guests in the twin over double bunk bed and a workspace. The third bedroom is perfect for 2 and offers a queen sized bed. The basement offers an additional large bedroom, a full sized bed, and a bathroom. In addition, you’ll find a large flex space with seating and another flat screen tv.

You’ll also be a short drive from Sky Ridge Hospital and have quick access to I‑25, making it easy to reach Denver, Castle Rock, and the mountains.

Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Kitchen includes cooktop grill/griddle, sink, air fryer, toaster/convection oven microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Full Laundry with washer & dryer. Studio is heated by electric heat or a wood stove and cooled with AC. There is also a small outdoor space with a fire pit. Enjoy!

This 2 BR luxury suite is located in a $1.5M home on the lower level with a private entrance, patio, large deck, and ample parking. This is a large private unit (~1500 sq. ft.) located on 2 acres in a rural setting, but minutes to restaurants and I-25 & Lincoln Ave. There is a private pickleball court on the property available upon request. We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.
