This airy, modern beach house is right on the esplanade overlooking the cliff top sandhills of beautiful Willyama Beach. 450m right is the edge of Dhilba Guuranda - Innes National Park, and 300m left is Marion Bay proper. With a wide shady deck on three sides there is always a sheltered outdoor place to relax, enjoy a BBQ and watch for the emus and kangaroos that often stroll down our street (wildlife notes below). Children are welcome but bear in mind there are stairs and a high balcony.

The cabin offers stunning ocean views, with sweeping vistas of the rugged cliffs and windswept coastline of North Cape. Each booking supports ocean conservation through the Australian Ocean Laboratory. This tiny house is one of three tiny homes on site. They are located ~150m apart.

Middle River Beach House (East & West Houses)

Built in 2016 this dual winged beach house is perfect for up to 3 families looking for a beachside escape. Middle River Beach House consists of 6 bedrooms (2 queen beds & 2x single bunks in the East house and 2 queen beds & a trio bunk (single over double, plus single trundle) in the West house) with 2x large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining rooms. The East and West houses are connected by a common laundry. MRBH is only a short 5 minute walk to Snelling's Beach.

Point Turton has an excellent boat ramp and jetty for keen fisherman. There is plenty of room to park your boat on the property. There is also a great Tavern with sea views and a General Store with bakery, take away foods, general grocery items, ice, bait and fuel.

The Klein Pod - Relax, Unwind and Explore

The pod was designed by Troppo Architects and built by Oscar Builders . In recognition of the thought, design approach and build quality, the Klein Pod has been furnished sparsely but with quality and purposeful use in mind. The single unit has a small kitchenette, lounge area, queen bed and combustion heater. Out on the deck you can relax on the day bed. The shower is outside behind a rustic privacy screen.
