We are in walking distance to groceries, dining, and everything the small town of Stinson Beach has to offer. Peekaboo views from the deck of ocean and town. You can hear the waves when the windows are open. This is a rustic spot, both Stinson itself and our apartment. Fiber internet added 2024.

We added our "aluminum guest house" to our back yard with a 100 foot crane! Quiet, green and private backyard. Plenty of headroom, modern amenities and new plumbing with delightful 1969 Vintage décor. 1000 thread count sheets on a queen size bed. Great WIFI and onsite tech support. Well equipped kitchen. Studio at Surfers Outlook

Located on the hill in Stinson Beach, this tidy studio is just a short walk down to town and the beach. Filled with the sound of the ocean, and close to the many hiking trails on Mt. Tam, the studio has a full kitchen and bath, and unobstructed panoramic views. 31 day stays have a 10% discount and are exempt from the 14% STR tax. Small dogs are welcome, and discounts on the pet fee will be considered for longer stays.

Luxury and Design- 200 ft or 1 min walk to beach

Enjoy nature & great design in one gorgeous location. We are 200 ft from beach. Rentals usually have 4 nt min stay (except for holidays). High season (Sept thru Mid Oct) has 5 nt min stay with check in days on Fridays (but ask if you want Thurs check-in) . Longer stays possible, just ask. Occasionally, we have a last minute deal (LMD) with shorter stays. Let us know if you want to be added to the LMD list.
