This home is situated on 176 acres in a springtime maple syrup bush with beautiful towering maples and sap lines throughout. Feel free to enjoy the trails with your dog or bring your bicycle to go riding. Relax in the quiet yard that is a mix of sun and shade in the day or sit by the fire in the open firepit in the evening. The large screened-in porch is a great place to enjoy a meal or sit and play games. In the winter, bring your snowmobile and access the Snowmobile Trail from our property.

Sleeps 4. 1 queen bed on the main level & 2 single beds in the loft (ladder access only) Screened in porch with BBQ ( new in 2024) And a deck in front of the porch with more seating. Heated in the winter with propane.

The cottage water is fully filtered through an Ultra Violet light source which makes it 100% pure and drinkable out of the tap.

Our apartment is the perfect destination for families or groups of friends, as it can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The apartment features 2 large bedrooms with 5 beds total. The living room has a cozy sofa and large TV where you can relax after a day of exploring the Soo Locks! One of the highlights bbq grill, fire pit in the beautiful yard. We are located on the Lower St. Mary's River where you can enjoy the quiet country atmosphere, witness beautiful sunrises and watch the Great Lakes Freighters pass by. We own most of the surrounding property including down to the waterfront you see from the farmhouse.
