Lu Zhu Caboose

Perched up on the cliff, over-looking the Fraser River, our luxury train caboose is surrounded by a rhododendron forest. Conveniently located on highway #7, we are easily accessible and at the door step of endless outdoor adventures. We have our own private hiking trails that wind up the mountain side, crossing creeks, waterfalls and passing many varietals of rhododendrons amongst the lush, natural forest. There are multiple gazebos, look-outs and the higher up you go, the quieter it is.

Designed as a nod to my heritage, Skoghus ('forest house' in Norwegian) was crafted for relaxation, and reconnecting with nature. The treehouse sits in the centre of a Scottish Highland cattle farm, with pasture and forest in all directions. From the yard, you'll be able to observe and engage with the farm's cattle when they come by. Inside, you can disconnect and unwind, with luxury amenities. The dwelling is completely unique and provides a very special feeling while living in the trees.

The Private RiverView Studio-Suite is located on the 3rd floor of our home and features a vaulted ceiling with a separate bedroom in an open-concept layout. Unwind in the cozy living room with a fireplace, perfect for cuddling & watching a movie, or enjoy the sitting area for playing cards and games. Sip on a cocktail while you relax on your private balcony, taking in the backyard, river, and stunning mountain views. The soothing sound of the river creates the perfect retreat.

Just off highway 1 with the view of Cheam mountain range. Modern 2 bedroom basement suite on a quiet street. A short drive to Bridal falls, water parks, Harrison Hot Springs and many more beautiful nature activities. 12 minute drive to Chilliwack. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning and unwind in the evening in the hot tub. We are a family with three children at home, while we are not loud and the suite is well insulated, you can expect some living noise.
