To Alta Marea βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Βαμβακιές Αλοννήσου, που απέχουν 20 περίπου λεπτά (με το αυτοκίνητο) από το Πατητήρι και 8 λεπτά από τη Στενή Βάλα, όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε σουπερμάρκετ και εστιατόρια. Σε απόσταση μικρότερη των 50μ. από την κατοικία υπάρχει ήσυχη παραλία, χωρίς κόσμο. Ωστόσο, αν κάποιος επιθυμεί κάτι πιο έντονο, σε απόσταση 1 χιλιομέτρου βρίσκεται η διάσημη παραλία του Αγίου Δημητρίου. Το ρομαντικό και ήσυχο σπίτι βρίσκεται στο λόφο του Σταφύλου ανάμεσα σε δέντρα. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό καθώς και το w/c ντους. Μία ξύλινη σκάλα οδηγεί στο υπνοδωμάτιο. Η κουζίνα έχει ξεχωριστή είσοδο και είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Το πετρόχτιστο καλντερίμι οδηγεί σε αγροτικό δρόμο που με τη σειρά του οδηγεί στον κεντρικό επαρχιακό δρόμο, καθώς και στις κοντινές παραλίες, Στάφυλος και Βελανιό. Η πόλη της Σκοπέλου απέχει 4,5χλμ και είναι προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια(περίπου 50 λεπτά).
