We are ideally positioned 15 mins equidistant from the Town Centre & Old Harbour whilst still a stones throw away from beautiful Garifalo beach & Paradise Beach. Please note all guests will be required as per Greek law to provide full name, full address, passport or ID number & AFM number (for Greek nationals) immediately upon booking (same as hotel) so we can declare our income in Greece.

Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. Character Villa with Private Garden and Pool

Perfect for couples or families with older children looking for a quiet and romantic stay. Guests can enjoy the peace of the private, walled garden, which hosts fruit trees, fragrant herbs, and beautiful potted plants, and swim in the pretty pool that is shared with the main house. The closest beach and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk, however, as the property is located on a hill above the town, (with the last part being a short, steep climb), some may want to rent a motorbike.

The Old Harbor house

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

19th Century Traditional Seafront Mansion

A seafront traditional mansion of 78 sq. m. with 2 terraces, built in 1834 , 5 min from the port, with a breathtaking panoramic view in the Saronic gulf and the nearby islands. Two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a veranda with pergola and a peaceful terrace with flowers and a bbq, ideal for children to play. Both the veranda and the terrace include a sitting area ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Summer house in Spetses is 105 sqm house located in the picturesque area of Kounoupitsa, situated about 700 m from the town center (port) and 150 m from the sea. It has been recently renovated to offer all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

Our vintage guesthouse is named after the wild vines found in abundance in the area. We are situated in the pine forest of Agii Anargiri, some 12 km from the village of Spetses and just 5 min. from the largest beach on the island.
