Timberwood Tiny Home

Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

The Long Branch Loft

The Loft is part of a 100+ year old building that has been fully renovated giving guests a unique stay. The Loft consists of one upstairs bedroom with a king size bed, setting room, kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. When entering The Loft you will see an open concept with a 15 ft ceiling and brick wall with an outline of the large back door and windows of the original building. The decor theme is local heritage with a focus on our farming community.

Welcome to the “Ranch Bunkhouse.” You can live a Lil Yellowstone in your private cabin. Our Ranch Bunkhouse is a rustic, fun, eclectic place with unique flair. This isn't just an overnight stop it's an experience. Stroll thru the small western town we have built on the property. Dogs are our pals and horses are our livestock. In case you get lonely, we have 2 friendly dogs always looking for attention. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus, and the Harry S Truman sports complex. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.
