You can enjoy a side sea view and as you can see in the photos it is 15 steps from the sea. 10 meters away there is Sun Kyma café- bar-restaurant, where you can enjoy your meal you want during the day cocktails or breakfast . Next to the rooms you will find FLISVOS watersports club as well as a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds. You will find my place 10-15 minutes walking from the center of Naxos town (Chora) , 10 minutes by car from the port of Chora and 30-40 minutes walking with luggage.

The studio offers a unique panoramic view of the fascinating Bernese Alps. The studio features two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed). Weiter Blick über das gesamte Passeiertal auf unberührten Kräuterwiesen in entspannender Ruhe. Im Winter haben die Gäste direkten Zugang zum Skigebiet Ratschings-Jaufen. Die Skier können vor der Hütte angezogen werden und der Pistenspaß kann sofort losgehen! Alternativ können ausgedehnte Winterwanderung oder Skitouren im Tiefschnee unternommen werden.
