We have a lovely, well lit and sleek southwest interior design that is mixed with mid-century style furniture. Forced central air & heat (not common in NM, as most utilize evap cooler!) Our 2 bedrooms are very comfy with great (King and Queen) mattresses. The neighborhood is quiet and near wonderful parks, UNM, and Nob Hill to walk (15 mins), bike ride or drive (2mins), which is lined with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants! We do have a $15/nt pet fee (up to $45 max per pet). No garage access.

Located in the historic Barelas neighborhood of Albuquerque, just a short walk from the zoo and a quick drive or bike ride away from Old Town, the Rio Grande river, and lots of tasty downtown coffee shops and restaurants. Studio is attached to a larger property but has its own peaceful little backyard that is fenced in for guest's privacy. The studio features vintage and retro decor with an Albuquerque theme.

Whole front of house (private) separated by locked door with bedroom, living room, and private bath. Large workspace with extra monitor, desk chair, keyboard. High speed internet and air conditioning. Less than a mile walk from Route 66, near to UNM and the hospital. Albuquerque Airport is 1.8 miles away. Inside this restful studio home, you'll find a comfortable queen bed, a full kitchen, a bathroom, and tasteful furnishings. The full kitchen has a microwave, a gas stove and a Keurig coffee pot. The neighborhood is safe, welcoming & walkable. You'll find tiny parks and Little Libraries scattered throughout! You'll be a drive away from the Balloon Fiesta Park and within walking distance to Nob Hill, a vibrant district on Route 66. There is an outdoor porch, and a lush and beautiful yard.

Downtown Casita / Guesthouse

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

Just a short walk of Albuquerque’s main attractions, the casita offers comfort & convenience as well as a pleasant and whimsical vibe that will help you relax and feel at home during your stay. You will be just a few blocks from Old Town Plaza, Natural History Museum, Albuquerque Museum, Explora Science Center, Children's Museum, Tiguex Park, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Botanical Garden, BioPark, Aquarium, Zoo, Sawmill District as well as several cafes, restaurants and shops.

Little House Among The Trees

My Partner and I offer this 500 sq foot Solar house. It's self contained, secluded, quiet and secure. There are 5 dogs in the Main house but they use a doggie door to come and go. You might see them wandering the property but they have never been in the little house so if you have any allergies this should not be an issue for you. The hens and ducks are fenced on the back of the property. PLEASE --- Send (with words) a Check-In "Time" with your FIRST communication.
