It has a modern kitchen and is fully equipped with household utensils and covers all the needs of a family's daily life. The exterior of the house includes a parking space and consists of a large garden and gazebo which has a BBQ.

You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.
