Situated in the quiet town of Tatura, in the Goulburn Valley, is Sellwood Cottage. A beautiful reminder of yesteryear with modern amenities for your convenience. Take a stroll to High Street where you will find trendy cafes, boutique shops, wellness centres and Echuca’s finest restaurants and hotels. Wander through the port and explore the Paddle Steamer Capitol of the World. All this within 500 metres.

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.
