When we purchased this property in February 2020, the real estate described it as being "cute as a button"! A Cottage in Richmond sits in the historical village of Richmond just outside Hobart. Only a 15 minute drive from Hobart Airport and within 10 km of all Coal Valley vineyards. A converted studio style cottage in the garden of our property. Quiet and so very peaceful overlooking the rosemary and lavender at the entrance to our vegetable garden. You are sure to relax and unwind after a day of touring our Coal Valley wine region.
