Also a loft bedroom with a queen bed. Bathroom has a shower and a full sized washer and dryer for your needs. The cabin is built overlooking a small lake with excellent views. Looking for some quiet and solitude our cabin is located in the country sitting on 20 acres of wooded land with walking trails, wildlife, and solitude. But we are still just a short drive to nearby communities. Sorry we do not allow pets We have kayaks and a canoe for rent enjoy an evening on a nearby lake watching the sunset and listening to the loons or enjoy some fishing from the kayak. In the winter enjoy our Outdoor Sauna, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, x-country skiing, or ice fishing.

With 3 bedrooms 2 baths, living room, basement family room with wetbar, HOT TUB and air hockey table, even having a "stay-cation" here will be....well...cozy!

Your stay includes access to more than ten kilometers of trails traversing hundreds of acres of private woodland originating steps from your door.

Walking distance to local eateries. Enjoy the lake views on the screened front porch. Sit by the Bon fire pit and use the outdoor sink for fish cleaning.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."
