Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Cosy up by the fire, read a book from the cottage library, indulge in some delicious local produce and enjoy the abundant birdlife and wonderful ocean views. Set on two acres, you can wander and explore the gardens, relax in the new barrel sauna and admire the beautiful wildlife.

Located near Hastings caves, Southport and cockle creek enjoy the wilderness and beautiful beaches all within minutes. Cook for yourself or visit Southport tavern just 2 mins down the road. The cottage is located on a working farm but you will have complete privacy and heaps of room to park.

Bruny Boathouse

The Bruny Boathouse is nestled on the waterfront with panoramic views across d'Entrecasteaux Channel, Satellite Island & Hartz Mountain propped up in the background. Centrally located in the township of Alonnah on the western side of Bruny Island, The Boathouse is an ideal place to base yourself for everything that Bruny has to offer. After arriving on popular Bruny island it is a joy to leave the crowd behind as you wind down the private road through towering trees to the shores of sheepwash bay.
