The cabin is minimalist, clean and simple - with a large covered deck making outdoor/indoor living a natural. The timber floors compliment the recycled timber kitchen . The luxurious queen bed is made from solid raw hardwood and has a 12 inch Byron Bay mattress of organic cotton and latex. The big deck attracts abundant bird life and glorious afternoon sun.

The space for rent is my main residence but I let it out when I go away and lock my belongings in my bedroom. So while only one bedroom is available for occupancy, you get the entire apartment for your use. The unit has been recently renovated so has a new kitchen and bathroom and is a lovely quiet place to rest and relax. The property is on the beach, just duck down through the trees to discover the lovely Sawtell Beach with exquisite sparkling white sand and clean, blue water for summer fun.

The studio is across the road to the beach with a very short walk through the bush to get there. It is in quiet neighbourhood, with a mixture of units and homes. It is a 7 to 10 minute walk to Sawtell main street either along the beach or next to the road. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. It is on the 1st floor with one flight of stairs.
