There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

La ubicación es excelente, con una gran terraza con vistas al hermoso puerto de pesca y el sonido constante del mar ,las grandes ventanas dan a la cala. Junto al apartamento se encuentran algunas de las playas más hermosas, calas tranquilas con maravillosos acantilados. Es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar paseos a la Ruta Vicentina. This house is literally on the edge of Porto Covo's shoreline, perched a few steps above the beach looking straight out to sea, enabling you to enjoy the beautiful views of Alentejo coast. Decorated in nordic minimalist style with all the comforts of modern living. The living-room's glass doors frame the superb view; inside or out, watch the ocean right outside your window as the tides wax and wade and occasionally pound the cliffs nearby.

Typical architecture with contemporary interior. It has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room in an open space. The living room has two individuals sofas bed. All the necessary equipment is provided, as well as kitchen utensils, sheets, duvets and towels. There is a barbecue, a shed with a table, seats and sun loungers private. The swimming pool is next . There are some restaurants in nearly villages.

The house is located at the secluded end of the village of São Francisco da Serra, only 13km from the ocean and 15 min by car to some of the best beaches in the South of Portugal. The house has its original rural character and atmosphere of the Portuguese houses from Alentejo region, built on the hill, surrounded by the cork and olive trees, providing calm, quiet and views of the starry sky and amazing sunsets.

This refuge is in the middle of a large forest of cork oaks, with more than 30 hectares, with many paths for pleasant walks, watching many varieties of birds, several places to practice Yoga, or simply contemplating the cork oak forest or the horizon. Here you will certainly be happy during your stay !!! If you want a long stay and need to work, I can provide an internet router.
