Antica casa dell' 800, luminosa e panoramica, affacciata sulla piana del Tevere tra Todi e Perugia, completamente ristrutturata, nel centro storico di Deruta, il paese dell’arte civile. E' indipendente, con doppio accesso dall’esterno e con giardino delimitato. Era in origine la limonaia e casetta del giardiniere della proprietà. E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.
