Highly recommend taking the stairs up and grabbing a drink or two here.

Ka-ze sushi is highly regarded and you can find it in the Westin Hotel. Sushi Village upstairs near the lifts is another option although its overpriced and not quite as good in my opinion. Sachi Sushi on Main Street is another good option.
