It's near the Lake Dunstan cycle trail, the Central Otago Rail Trail & Lake Roxburgh Trail. Five minutes to Alexandra or Clyde. One hour’s drive to Queenstown. Enjoy the outdoor space, nearby vineyards and orchards, and local cafes. The trail is well positioned for enjoying the many outdoor activities, sight seeing and exploring the Otago valley.

The Guest House @ Cherry Tree Farm

Welcome to Cherry Tree Farm, Cromwell. Stay in our beautiful self contained guest house set within the gardens of our urban farm and cherry orchard. The Guest House comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has a sofa and a daybed. A separate bedroom offers a Queen bed and there is a bathroom with shower. The living area can also be converted to accomodate either 2 single beds or a king double. This makes The Guest House a perfect space for up to 4 people.

The apartment has a relaxing area with wifi, television including Netflix attached to a kitchenette with crockery, utensils, toaster, fridge and a microwave for heating pre-prepared food. There are no cooking facilities. A separate sleeping area contains a comfortable queen sized bed and ensuite. A friendly cat lives in the main house.

The hot tub will be filled with fresh water and heated on request. There are several outstanding cafes locally along with the beautiful Clutha Gold Cycle trail. The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.
