Ümbritsev mets pakub võimalusi nii marjade kui ka seente korjamiseks, toniseerivaks rattasõiduks, hommiku- ja õhtujooksuks või jalutamiseks mööda looderannikut. Jalutuskäigu kaugusel on 2 randa. The house is equipped with WiFi, TV with Netflix access, coffee machine etc. Heating/cooling is provided by an integrated air conditioner. The house can be enjoyed all year round.

Majas on elutuba koos köögialaga, 2 magamistuba, Huum kerisega saun ja 60m2 terrass koos mugava aiamööbliga. Külalistele on kasutada lameekraaniga TV, wifi ja suur terrass koos gaasigrilliga. Majast 250 meetri kaugusel asub liivarand, mis sobib nii ujumiseks kui SUP lauaga sõitmiseks. Poolsaare teisel küljel asuv rand (800 meetrit majast) on hea koht lohesurfiks.
