Welcome to our „Dolphin House!“
Beautiful beachfront villa, right on the white sandy Jambiani beach with a breathtaking view of the turquoise blue Indian ocean. This 125m2 cozy dream house offers 3 bed rooms, 3 bath rooms, living room, open plan kitchen with dining area, covered entertainment area, and sun beds over looking the ocean. Beautifully furnished in Swahili and maritime style. Kite right of our beach or many great spots close by. Wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean.

Fully furnished and beautifully appointed with accents of Swahili, ocean and driftwood art and paintings from local artists.
Great for a larger family, the house is ideal for up to 8 guests. The house features 3 bedrooms with super comfy king double beds (185x185/resp 185x200 in master bedroom). The beds are large enough for smaller kids to sleep with their parents in the bedrooms as well. Please let us know, if the total number of guests (adults+children) exceeds 6. There are two sofas in the living room. An additional bed for 2 can optionally be placed in the living room.

Big library of cool and interesting books in english for you to devour. Gladly leave yours at the end of the stay to lighten your load.

Jambiani, an Tansáin

Located on the northern side of Jambiani village. You can find many restaurants, bars, small shops and kite schools within a few minutes walking along Jambiani beach. Jambiani is a very safe area and people are very friendly. We always walk in the village and along the beach any time of the day and night. We have a night guard on the property between 21:00 and 06:00.

Recommended restaurants close by (all within 15 min stroll along the beach)
- Sharazad (a bit more upmarket, Great for seafood)
- Blue Oyster Hotel/Restaurant (yummy, cozy, gorgeous ocean view)
- Bahari Pizzza (Great Pizza, and a nice Beach vibe)
Recommended in Paje - Summer Beach Bar and Restaurant for unbeatable happy hour and good food at very reasonable prices. Awesome for lunch or sundowner. Good wifi there. Happy hour from noon till midnight with 2 for one cocktail offers at 10.000 Tsh!

Mini Markets close by, e.g. Matanini and Bagdadi Mini Markets, many local fruit stands right outside the house in the village.

We love traveling the world and making new friends where ever we go. We truly believe that traveling brings people closer together, fosters the understanding and appreciation of the beauty of the many different cultures and races that inhabit our wonderful planet. We always greet everybody with open arms and big smiles, treat everybody with respect and take great care of the places we visit. I love talking to people in their own language and make it a point to pick up as much as possible where ever I go. Next to my wonderful family, music is my big passion. I usually bring my guitar along on vacation. We also love listening to live music whenever possible, especially the music of the people whose places and countries we visit. We do not live in Jambiani permanently but have a very kind and knowledgeable local staff who takes great care of our guests. We will arrange the transfer from the airport to the house for you at any time of the day/night for direct check-in. Taxi Charge is $45 each way, payable directly to the driver.
Frequent cleaning of the villa is provided during your stay. Our staff will prepare breakfast at a small surcharge of 3 USD 7000 TSH/day/person and do grocery shopping for you. You can also arrange delicious home cooked meals directly with them at very reasonable prices.
