Our seaside house is located 10min outside Preveza within an area 5000sqm of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza, Monolithi. It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace,2 bathrooms one of them situated on the terrace and 2 showers outside. Car needed.

Country House Hortensia

Country House Hortensia is set in a fenced four-acre green estate. The stone residence is built on a hillside and its private beach is only 50 meters away from it. Outside there is a large barbeque that can meet the needs of every visitor. Up to 6 people can be accommodated inside the house. The large bedroom has a double size bed and in the living room there are 2 polyform sofas that can be used as beds. If someone wants to visit the nearby beaches or go fishing they can use our small boat.

Epirus historic home 1903

This majestic stone house ,built in 1903, and lovingly restored in 2021 to its original glory with a few modern twists. The home boasts over 12 large windows , filling the space with natural light and allowing views of the pine and spruce filled mountains .Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.
