Close to town center, shops, train station and River Crouch. Other things to note: There is a kettle, toaster, microwave and a sandwich toaster/grill. This is a KITCHENETTE, not a full working kitchen. Breakfast is provided in the way of Bread, Cereal, a choice of apple and orange juice, tea and coffee etc.

Plenty of local shops within a 5-15 minute walk and a 20-30 minute walk to Leigh broadway, Old Leigh/beach and Leigh station. EV charger available. A small south-facing patio available for guest use. The layout is also top-notch, spread over 3 floors. The decor of our house is absolutely stunning. We hired an interior designer to come in and really make it feel like a luxurious and welcoming home.
