Triple J Farmhouse

Welcome to Triple J Farmhouse, our grandparents' 1920's home owned by Jerad, Julie, and Jason. This home sits on our grandparents' original dairy farm established in the late 1950's where we were born and raised and still run cattle. Whether you are just passing through, spending time at Mark Twain Lake or visiting America's Hometown of Hannibal, our farmhouse offers a country escape to rest and relax right off Hwy 61. We are 20 mi from MT Lake, 10 mi from Hannibal, and 30 mi from Quincy, IL.

Greenlawn GetAway

Escape to a picturesque lodge in Perry, MO for a relaxing getaway. This rustic lodge features a queen bed, bunk beds, and a fold out futon in the main living area. The cozy loft features full and twin sleeping areas. Enjoy a cold beverage while sitting outside on the large covered porch while grilling on the gas grill. Close access to core grounds for hunting and three boat ramps (Duane Whelan, Pigeon Creek-BB and Ray Baron) within 3 miles guarantee finding your favorite spot on MTL.

The Cottage

The Cottage was built in 1903, with the age of the home comes with many flaws, you will find cracks in walls, ceilings, maybe even glass. The scuff each have a story and the stories that could be told, if paint were able to talk. The home is not perfect, but just affordable and cozy. We do allow dogs on our property, cats are not allowed, we apologize. We strive to make your stay comfortable by including the home with essential items needed for the duration of your stay.

Moe's Place at Mark Twain Lake

Spacious 1,012 square ft upper level condo at Mark Twain Lake is just over a mile from Spalding Swimming Beach and a mile from Spalding Boat Ramp. Jellystone is about ½ mile up the road and The Water Zone waterpark is across the street from the condo entrance. The kitchen/dining area/living room are all open and leads to a private balcony deck for more space or relaxing during dinner. Washer and dryer, 2 full baths, and a loaded kitchen make a perfect, relaxing stay!
