I've created what I think is a relaxing stay. You will sleep on a memory foam mattress with cotton linens. Additionally, there is a 55 inch smart TV with free Netflix and Apple TV, along with a selection of books and games. The patio and gazebo are also available and are the smoking areas. This master suite in my house has a private entrance and yard. There are no shared spaces and there is a lock on both sides of the sound-baffled door to the main house to value your privacy as well as mine.

Portland Vintage Hideaway

Portland Vintage Hideaway is a lovely, private, completely self-contained unit in our light-filled 1950's day-ranch basement. Enjoy 600+ sq.ft., queen bed with memory foam topper, double sofa bed, TV with streaming, workspace area, wi-fi, and adorable fully appointed kitchenette! The private, gated garden and patio offer a serene and lovely setting in which to hang out for meals & enjoy a glass of wine. We accept a maximum of two dogs and there is a pet fee. A Beaver Runs Through It 3bed/2bath

Okay, well, it's a stream, but it's all yours to enjoy. For the nature lovers we have deer, beavers, ducks, nutria, fish, etc. (think wetlands). This beautifully renovated home (duplex) is fully equipped with a fireplace, central gas heat and central AC. Its a bright, clean, cozy space for anyone wanting to be close to Portland (but not too close) and surrounded by nature. There is some ambient noise from the creek below (a beaver partially dammed it creating a fall) and the highway above.

Living room has large loveseat with ottoman,TV w/ Roku, cable & lots of streaming apps. You will need your username and password to use. Mini fridge, hot /cold filtered water dispenser & coffee maker are also in living room. Bedroom sleeps 2 w/ Queen bed. Single blow up bed available on request. Suite is on lower floor of the main house, but light and bright with private entry. Space is suitable for a couple or 2 single people, would be a bit crowded for 3 adults.
