Ein Fuß- und Radweg führt zum ca. 2km entfernten gepflegten "Vela Placa Beach".Jedes Apartment erhält Pro Gast ein kostenloses Leihfahrrad. Das nächstegelegene Restaurant ist fußläufig zu erreichen. If something is missing, I'll bring it to you :) The most important thing is that you have your own peace and a private yard and free&safe parking. Completely new house located just 100m from the sea with heated pool. The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

Our house is located in a peaceful green area. The apartment (for max five people) is on the ground floor, fully equipped and is great for families with kids or babies. You can also enjoy in a big yard. Walking distance to the nearest sandy beach is 3 - 4 min., port with promenade 8 min.; Ciganka, Sturič, Podšilo beach 20 min. The supermarket and post are 3 min by foot. With all the accessories we want to give our guests a perfect welcome.
