La casa, la piscina e le pertinenze, sono ad uso esclusivo di chi in quel momento è ospite; circondata dai vigneti, in posizione dominante su di un colle, 1.5 ettari di vigna annessa alla casa e di proprietà, assicurano la privacy necessaria. The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.
