Please note that there are steep slopes around the home and the loft railings are spaced too far apart to be baby safe.

Step outside to a private, fenced backyard featuring a relaxing hammock, a gas grill, and optional hot tub access available for $50 per stay. You will be a 5 to 15 minute drive from all the fun activities you may want to enjoy, including downtown fun, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. and very close to the local airport and ERAU. You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio or read by the open window in your bedroom seating area and listen to the wide variety of birds that frequent our quiet neighborhood.

With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road.
