Hello dear guests! Welcome to the Sunflower House! Make yourself at home in our one-room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. Enjoy your breakfast on the large sunny balcony. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. It is close to the bakery and to the shops. And the beach? As you hike or drive 20 minutes by bike in a short time to white sandy beach or you can drive north about 30 minutes to the pristine west beach. Must be easy to get to know! Relax in your holiday in a relaxed atmosphere , to know the country and its people, delicious fish to eat in butene within un in the mall or take advantage of the many great recreational activities such as horseback riding , surfing, kiting, fishing, swim , snorkel, bask in the white beach sand , tennis, cycling and much more. Please only book consecutive stays during June, July, and August! The day of departure is also the day of arrival. Please note that only one dog is allowed and may stay free of charge. The local tourist tax is to be paid directly to the landlord. Thank you.

beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung LOLLE direkt in Zingst. Hier kannst du ankommen, abschalten und deine Auszeit an der Ostsee genießen. Auf 47 qm erwarten dich ein heller Wohn-Essbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Schlafsofa und Flachbildfernseher, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie ein Bad mit Dusche. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über einen Balkon und ein Parkplatz und überdachter Fahrradstellplatz sind inklusive – ideal für entspannte Tage zwischen Strand, Natur und Ort.

Unsere kleine Reiterstube befindet sich in idyllischer Lage direkt auf unserem 200 Jahre alten Hof zwischen Ostsee und Saaler Bodden. Hier leben Katzen, Hühner, Pferde und Schafe harmonisch zusammen. Liebe Haustiere, sind ebenfalls willkommen. (10€/Nacht)Moderne Ausstattung und große Gemütlichkeit sind uns wichtig! Fühlt Euch wie zu Hause! Wir legen Wert auf ökologische Ausstattung (Bettwäsche, Möbel aus natürlichen Materialien) Auch unsere Seifen und Reinigungsmittel sind alle bio und vegan!

The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Die Suite, benannt nach dem letzten Hausherren, verfügt mit ihren 85m² über zwei Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohnküche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und freistehender Badewanne. Von hier aus können Sie ihren Blick über den gesamten Gutspark schweifen lassen.

The name Zingsthus is a playful twist on „hus“ or house, as it’s said in northern dialects.

Das Wiesenhaus mit Weitblick ruhig und idyllisch

Finden Sie im Wiesenhaus einen Rückzugsort für erholsame Tage an Meer u. Bodden. Das Haus bietet allen Komfort für 6 Personen, um einen unbeschwerten Urlaub zu verbringen. Einfach in der Sauna unter dem Dach einen tollen Tag ausklingen lassen oder gemütlich auf der Terrasse den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Das Haus bietet Platz für die gesamte Familie und trotzdem genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, wenn mal jemand Ruhe braucht. Unweit lädt der Bodden mit seinem Sandstrand zum baden ein.

Edles Wohnen im "Lieblingshof 3"

Seit Sommer 2023 bieten wir zusätzlich zu unseren beliebten Häusern Schafstall, Kuhstall, Jagdhaus und Pferdestall (über Airbnb buchbar) den Lieblingshof. Unsere neu gebauten, jeweils 90 qm großen und liebevoll eingerichteten Häuser verfügen über 4 Schlafzimmer für bis zu 6 Personen, zwei Duschbädern sowie einen geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener Küche und Kaminofen. Der großzügige Gemeinschaftsgarten ist vollständig eingezäunt - ideal für Gäste mit Kindern und Hunden.

Grosses Haus direkt am Wasser

Das zweigeschossige Ferienhaus ist umgeben von einem sehr großen Garten mit direkten Zugang zum Bodden über einen privaten Steg. Die am Haus befindliche, große Terrasse und der Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Mit dem eigenen Kanu oder Stand-up-Paddle können Sie die Umgebung erkunden. Am Bootssteg können Sie selbstverständlich auch Angeln (Ausnahme im Mai). Auf dem grossen Grundstück befindet sich noch ein kleines Haus.

Unterm Reetdach mit Boddenblick an der Ostsee

Unter unserem Reetdach haben Sie den Bodden im Blick – die 70 qm große Wohnung teilt sich in zwei Schlafzimmer und einen sehr großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich auf. Hinzu kommt ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette und kuschliger Eckbadewanne. Im Wohnbereich mit Sofas und Sessel sorgt der Kamin in stürmischen Zeiten für wohlige Wärme. Die voll ausgestattete Küche lädt zu geselligen Kochabenden ein.
