Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

The only shared area is the driveway, ensuring your stay feels like a separate home. 5-minute walk to the stunning beaches, Sutton DART station, the airport bus, and local bus stops. Pet Friendly! We warmly welcome pets. Our own friendly animals live in the adjoining family home.
