As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. Amy’s Barn is the top floor of an old barn which you enter via external stairs. It is a lovely, bright flat with a separate bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. Great for a couple, a dog (+ baby). It is situated within the garden of our home, with immediate access to a quiet lane and then footpaths for walks/bikes. There is an outdoor seating for guests too. We are on the edge of the village with views of surrounding countryside, sea glimpses, St Agnes Beacon + 1.5m to Porthtowan beach.

Three miles from the A30 so a great base for exploring Cornwall.

The stables boast a wood fired hot tub, beams, wood burner, luxurious bathroom with roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy the rural idyll; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced gardens with barbecue and fire pit for stargazing.

Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.
