Walking distance to the lovely seaside village, beaches, markets and award winning restaurants. A large and luxurious lawned backyard is a feature that includes a guest shed with bikes, basic fishing gear and some toys to entertain, or just laze in the sun with a cocktail or cuppa! Feel free to partake in anything the veggie patch has on offer.

PATTYS Place is a retro family home designed to meet all your needs on your next getaway! Centrally located two doors back from the Port Fairy Day Spa and a 2 minute stroll to the cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping. This neat and tidy 1950's home has been renovated offering; 3 Bedrooms, (Q,Q, Dbl bunk), main family bathroom and additional shower and toilet. There is open plan living, kitchen and dining space opening out to a large rear yard. A perfect retreat for groups or families.

We have kept the original character of our 100 year old cottage but added all the modern amenities needed with an large extension. Tikalara is located in town a short walk to the shops and cafes, and an easy walk to the South beach. Two bedrooms provide one queen size bed and two singles. There are 2 modern bathrooms and 2 living spaces each with their own TV. A gas log fire will welcome you on a cold winters day as you enjoy the view to the south beach across the dunes.

An approximate 10-15 minute walk into town with easily marked tracks through the park. Your evenings can be spent relaxing outside on a very large decked area where you can listen to the ocean rolling in. The deck is accessible through the door in the laundry. The BBQ is also there for your use.
