Het strand ligt vlak in de buurt, je vind er een georganiseerde strandbar met ijskoffie en lunch als je dat wilt. De stad en supermarkt is op loopafstand. Ένας χώρος που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 5 άτομα. Το σπίτι έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ, κήπο, βεράντα, θέα στη θάλασσα, ένα μπάνιο, κουζίνα, καθιστικό και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο. Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι. Στον χώρο του καθιστικού υπάρχουν δύο καναπέδες. Ο ένας καναπές γίνεται μονό κρεβάτι, ενώ ο δεύτερος ανοίγει και μεταμορφώνεται σε ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι που φιλοξενεί άνετα δυο ενήλικες.
