Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

It is in a very quiet area so the guests like to emphasize how they had a really good rest while they were here. In the near there are popular places like: Kamenjak, camp Pomer (1 km). There are lots of biking paths and nature and beaches to enjoy.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Udaljen je 10 minuta pješice od mora (besplatne plaže Arena One 99 Glamping Pomer) Do povijesne jezgre Pule ima 10 km, do Kamenjaka 6 km a do Nacionalnog parka Brijuni 24 km. Zračna luka Pula udaljena je 12 km. U okviru objekta također je dostupno besplatno parkiralište i besplati wi-fi.
