We are located across from the Ocoee River and just outside the Cherokee National Forest. This area is known for Olympic whitewater rafting, endless hiking trails, mountain biking, sight seeing, boating, motorcycle rides and just relaxing on a lazy river float on the lower Ocoee River. Come experience S/E Tennessee at it's finest. We are close to many towns offering food, wine, craft beer, shopping and apple orchards. We are open year round and at the front of a RV Park for friends to visit.

Goldilocks Cabin on the River

Come stay at the Goldilocks A-Frame Guest Cabin nestled in the woods along the banks of the Ocoee River. This is an A-Frame cabin with an open concept space. Double bed on main floor and the loft has 2 twin beds (if pushed together, they make a king) and a gorgeous view of the Ocoee River. The main floor has a small living room, dining table, kitchenette(used for heating up food only), no , bed and spacious bathroom with tile shower. Outside is a fire pit and access to the dock and river

Our roads are amazing for riding your motorcycle or car trips to our many attractions. We are in the Cherokee Nat'l Forest, with lots of area hiking trails. Or pan for gold in Coker Creek. We now have a New Restaurant on our property!! "The Blue Line Grill" serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Cozy Cabin minutes from Ocoee and Hiwassee Rivers

Conveniently located near many rafting companies makes our peaceful cabin the perfect place to stay. This cabin is built to look like a cabin from earlier times. It has such a cozy and warm feel. It offers 1 bedroom with an open loft with 2 beds. The cabin has a front porch with rocking chairs and swing and a back porch as well as a charcoal grill, plastic stacking chairs, 2 wicker chairs with coffee table, and fire pit. The kitchen is fully equipped and linens and towels are furnished.

“On The River”

We have a climate controlled sunporch. Cable, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Handicap accessible. Kayaks and tubes available; about a 2 mile float from Ocoee dam #1 down to the dock. There are three levels of docks at the river. Gas/charcoal grill. Also, there is a fire pit with plenty of wood. The river is controlled by TVA, it's usually down in the morning so you can explore and swim, kayak and fish. Most afternoons the river is flowing for a lazy float down to our easy and accessible dock.

Just steps away from enjoying the amazing Hiwassee River! Come enjoy a beautiful cabin with plenty of room to relax inside or outside on the wrap around porch. 3 bedrooms all equipped with queen size beds. The upstairs master has a private full bath. Downstairs bedrooms are jack and jill style with full bath. Twin trundle bed now located in the loft. Fully equipped kitchen to make any or all meals! Washer and dryer available in the washroom beside cabin. **NEWLY ADDED WIFI**

For nightlife there’s nothing better than seeing a band at The Bus Bar! For gun enthusiasts there is a shooting range right up the road.
