The stunning coastline is only about a 30-minute car ride away and many other attractions are within an hour. Relax on the breezeway, porch, or by the open fire pit. 🐝

Charming Robin’s Nest, Vintage trailer extended Topanga style to little house, lovely fenced yard with bbq, shade and lounge seating. incredible views of Santa Monica mountains, on 4 acres, walking distance to Topanga State Park. Boogies boards, beach towels for short drive to Topanga Beach. Unwind, take in the views, secluded, perfect to explore Topanga's secret swimming holes, spring fed creek, hiking/biking trails. Books, board games, puzzles etc. when our hens are laying some fresh eggs.

Orchard House Retreat

(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

Sunny 2-Bedroom Garden Cottage With Hot Tub

Nestled high up in the sandstone peaks of Topanga, the cottage is a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Built in the 1940's, the cottage has been lovingly renovated and cared for over the years. Situated in an oak grove, adjacent to the state park, and surrounded by a native plant garden, the cottage is the perfect place to unwind and listen to the birds (and wild peacocks) sing. Comfortably furnished (Queen bed, couch, desk, armoire, dresser,TV) it comes w a kitchen (incl w/d), bathroom (shower) and a fenced yard to relax. It has a light and airy feel, heating and a/c. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.
