Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Altamira appartement met zwembad en aan het strand

"Casa Carina" is een ruim appartement in het populaire Altamira-complex in Costa Adeje met directe toegang tot het beroemde strand van El Duque. Relax en vergeet al je zorgen op het balkon met een fantastisch uitzicht op de oceaan, palmbomen en zonsondergang! Het appartement is compleet met een woonkamer, terras, uitgeruste keuken, slaapkamer, badkamer, airconditioning en fiberinternet. Het Altamira-complex heeft prachtige gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en twee zwembaden waarvan er een is verwarmd.

Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

Encantador apartamento con Wifi situado en el popular complejo de Altamira con acceso directo a la Playa de El Duque. El complejo cuenta con piscinas (una climatizada), zona de juegos y jardines para tener unas vacaciones relajantes. El apartamento cuenta con salón y sofá cama, cocina, baño, dormitorio y terraza. En la entrada principal hay un aparcamiento gratuito. Lo tendrás todo a un paso en este alojamiento situado en pleno centro turístico (a 20 km del Aeropuerto Sur de Tenerife).

Hierdoor heb je zeezicht in zowel het volledige huis en tuin. 's Nachts kan je heerlijk in slaap vallen met het geluid van de golven. Iedere slaapkamer heeft uitzicht op zee en de master bedroom beschikt over een uniek terras met een gezellige lounge. In de tuin kan je heerlijk genieten van de zon met voldoende schaduw.
